What is polyamory? Polyamory refers to relationships where people incoroporate more than two people. If this section applies to you, you probably already know who you are.

What types of poly do you work with in this context? I work with people in all types of poly relationships. I also work with those who identify as poly but are currently not in active poly relationships ( i.e. poly-single).

How do poly sessions work? As the number of people in the active relationship increases, the amount of time needed to fully and adequately address each persons concerns and to provide experiential time for each person as well as each connection between people, increases we will need more time for goal setting.

I highly encourage poly groups to schedule a meet and great session so that we may talk at length. Understanding your relationship structure, desires, boundaries, goals etc. is absolutely essential. I strongly request that all active members of your group attend the initial session if at all possible.
